Responsibilities

• Develop data strategy roadmaps and drive digital maturity

• Implement data governance for risk, compliance, and data quality

• Lead change initiatives bridging IT and business leadership

• Apply technical foresight including vendor management and AI readiness

• Support data architecture and data warehouse/lake implementations (ETL/ELT, infrastructure, sources, modeling, OLAP)

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Manager, CDO, Head of Data, or senior data specialist

• Strong capability in data strategy and governance

• Ability to perform change management and promote a data-driven culture

• Technical proficiency with Python, R, and AI/ML

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data modeling

• Hands-on understanding of data architecture and data warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, Data Lake, data sources, modeling, OLAP)
