Description

You will create OSM components and flows, support functional and technical design, and perform integration testing in OSS/BSS environments. The role also includes building test plans and scenarios from HLD and supporting end-to-end (E2E) flow analysis while working in Agile using JIRA/HPQC. You will leverage AI-assisted tools and modern automation capabilities to enhance solution design and improve delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create OSM components and flows

• Support functional and technical design

• Execute integration testing in OSS/BSS environments

• Create test plans and scenarios based on HLD

• Work in Agile environments using JIRA/HPQC

• Support E2E flow analysis

• Use AI-assisted tools and automation to improve solution design and project outcomes

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle OSM in a telecom environment

• Knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes

• Hands-on experience with COM/SOM and OSM+UIM

• Knowledge of ITSM processes

• Good English skills
