• Salary: 6000–7200 SEK per month on B2B (2400–2880 PLN per month)

• Work model: Hybrid in Malmö, Sweden (3 days/week in the office); after the first 3 months, relocation to Sweden is required

Description

You will join a team responsible for building modern data solutions and backend services used across the organization. The work focuses on large-scale data processing, data access enablement, and continuous technical improvements with high ownership and influence over platform direction.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines using Spark and Flink

• Design, develop, and improve data solutions used by multiple teams

• Provide technical guidance on data engineering topics

• Develop scalable backend APIs for efficient data access

• Contribute to architectural improvements and technical initiatives

• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders

• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability

• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer or similar role

• Strong Python skills

• Strong Java or Scala skills

• Solid backend development experience

• Strong software engineering fundamentals

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Excellent English communication skills

• Ability to work on-site in Malmö 3 days per week
