Description

Lead a product team and take full ownership for delivery outcomes. You’ll start by writing advanced Node.js code and learning the system from inside (~70% coding), then transition into architecture leadership plus recruitment and team reorganization as the role evolves. The work focuses on designing and implementing distributed services for production environments with constant high load.

Requirements

• Experience building, scaling, or reorganizing product teams (analytics, development, QA)

• Expert-level knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript

• Practical knowledge: Event Loop profiling, memory leaks, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming

• Hands-on experience with MySQL and Redis

• Experience orchestrating and containerizing microservices using Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience operating advanced, high-traffic online production environments; openness to flexible working hours

• Ability to deploy features to production independently (end-to-end, A to Z)

• Real daily usage of tools such as Claude Code

• Experience in iGaming, gambling/betting, or related sectors

• Proactive communication and ability to gather information quickly and align the team

• English level C1 or higher
