Description

You will support Product Owners and Agile teams in assessing user story complexity and technical feasibility. You will design complex solution concepts for business requirements, decompose them into tasks for affected IT systems, and contribute to innovations across domains such as the product model, sales and customer service processes, logistics, fulfillment, and provisioning. You will also ensure architectural alignment, create architecture documentation (diagrams, flows, descriptions), and support interface specifications and testing.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owners and teams in evaluating user story complexity and technical implementation options

• Create complex solution concepts for business needs and decompose them into actionable system changes

• Contribute to the rollout of new innovative functionalities across multiple domain areas within the tribe

• Design solutions enabling an end-to-end Customer Journey in an Agile environment

• Produce documentation: architectural diagrams, process/flow diagrams, and solution descriptions according to internal standards

• Assist teams in designing interface specifications

• Ensure solutions comply with the architecture strategy

• Support testing of the designed solutions

Requirements

• Practical experience as a Solution Architect or as an Analyst/System Architect in the Telco industry

• Knowledge of telecommunications standards (e.g., TMF Open API, TAM, SID)

• Familiarity with modern technology approaches and patterns (microservices, REST API, virtualization, containerization, design/architecture patterns)

• Ability to select suitable IT technologies for solution design

• Knowledge of documentation tools and notations using UML (static architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, data model)

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Git, and PlantUML
