Description

You will design, set up, run, and further develop the Customer Engagement (CE) solution for S4Gas and the existing S4U power environment. Responsibilities include implementing an extension in the CE Inbox and coaching IT colleagues. The work is performed agile, with packages delivered through Jira.

Responsibilities

• Conception and initial build of CE during the S4Gas project

• Operate and further develop the existing CE solution in S4U power

• Coach IT colleagues

• Program a CE Inbox extension

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of S4U processes for a VNB and MSB, especially customer service processes

• Very good knowledge of Customer Engagement in S4U and CE customizing

• Very good knowledge of CRM and the Fiori environment in interplay with BTP

• Methodical capability to conduct workshops and create concepts

• Development expertise for the extension: ABAP and Java; JavaScript knowledge required
