Description

Lead business analysis for building a large ServiceNow platform that connects many processes in a financial organization. You will coordinate your team, facilitate discovery/workshops, oversee business and functional requirements, and translate them into process definitions and user stories. You will support platform design, perform fit-gap analysis, and promote an OOTB-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of a team of three ServiceNow business analysts
• Collaborate with the Platform Owner and Architect on platform design
• Organize discovery and stakeholder workshops
• Oversee business and functional requirements and map them to processes and user stories
• Refine backlog, prioritize work, and clarify requirement scope
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and promote OOTB-first
• Ensure process consistency across platform modules
• Support further stages of platform development

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including managing a team
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with ITSM/CSM and/or Risk/Privacy
• Experience leading business analysts and working with diverse stakeholders
• Proven experience running workshops and analyzing business requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into development team requirements
• C1-level Polish and English
• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office at least once per week
