Description

Join a team building a cloud-native Enterprise Agent Development Platform to define, orchestrate, deploy, and observe AI agents at scale. You will implement LangGraph orchestration graphs (nodes, edges, and workflows), add checkpointing and human-in-the-loop decisioning, and ensure reliability and observability. The platform provides an automated single-file developer experience for agent builders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Python-based LangGraph nodes, edges, and graphs for agent orchestration
• Build checkpointing with SQLite, Redis, and Postgres checkpointers
• Develop human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows for controlled agent decisions
• Implement retry, timeout, and fallback patterns for reliable orchestration behavior
• Integrate OpenTelemetry tracing across orchestration steps
• Collaborate to standardize LangGraph orchestration practices
• Improve reliability and scalability of agent workflows deployed on AWS AgentCore Runtime
• Support evolution of the platform’s single-file developer experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python development
• Expertise in LangGraph or LangChain agent orchestration
• Proficiency in async Python (asyncio)
• Experience constructing LangGraph nodes, edges, and graphs in Python
• Familiarity with checkpointing using SQLite, Redis, and Postgres checkpointers
• Background in HITL workflow implementation
• Knowledge of retry, timeout, and fallback patterns in LangGraph
• Understanding of OpenTelemetry tracing across orchestration steps
