Description

You will be the technical expert for Microsoft SQL Server environments supporting an Identity & Access Management platform. The role emphasizes database administration and optimization, replication and troubleshooting, and implementing high availability/disaster recovery solutions, while contributing to upgrades, patching, migrations, and cloud transformation with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Administer, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot complex SQL Server replication across on-premises and cloud

• Resolve performance bottlenecks and concurrency issues (replication latency, locking, deadlocks, transaction log growth)

• Manage high availability and disaster recovery: Always On Availability Groups, replication, log shipping, and mirroring

• Deliver SQL Server upgrades, patching, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives with minimal downtime

• Support performance tuning, backup/recovery, capacity planning, and operational stability

• Own incidents, problems, changes, and project deliverables while collaborating with global teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft SQL Server administration and optimization

• Deep expertise in Azure SQL and incident management

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and its database requirements

• Strong command of SQL Server replication, high availability, and disaster recovery

• Practical performance tuning and operational excellence experience

• Advanced English
