Description

Monitor and analyze RAN performance at cell, site, and cluster levels. Identify degradations using KPI/KQI monitoring, statistical analysis, and trends, then perform root-cause analysis and define corrective actions. Support radio parameter optimization, produce performance reports, and verify the effectiveness of optimization activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze RAN performance across cell, site, and cluster levels
• Identify network degradations via KPI/KQI monitoring, statistical analysis, and trend evaluation
• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions
• Analyze OSS counters, network traces, and third-party Drive Test measurement data
• Support radio parameter optimization, worst-cell analysis, and overall network quality improvements
• Produce performance reports and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in LTE/5G RAN performance analysis and radio network optimization
• Strong knowledge of radio KPIs for accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, and latency
• Hands-on experience with RAN performance monitoring and OSS tools
• Ability to analyze network counters, identify performance issues, and recommend corrective actions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical reporting skills
• Good written and spoken English and Polish
• Openness to visiting the Katowice office
