Description

Lead IT deliveries for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementation projects across multiple commercial business units. Plan and execute configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare, and handover while leading a squad of D365 functional and technical consultants. Coordinate market-specific configurations and dependencies with blueprint teams, partners, and external ISVs, acting as the primary IT counterpart to business implementation leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT deliveries for D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementation projects
• Plan and execute implementation activities: configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare, and handover
• Lead a squad of D365 functional and technical consultants
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery, business requirements, and the overall project plan
• Coordinate with Business Project Managers / Implementation Managers on process implementation and change management
• Coordinate dependencies with Blueprint teams, banks, localisation packs, and external ISVs
• Document and manage market-specific configurations and deviations from the standard blueprint
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations
• Strong project management and leadership skills in global, cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors
• Knowledge of integrations, data migration strategies, and ERP architecture
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English required; Swedish is meritorious
