Description

Own the engagement from process discovery through solution design and handoff to build. Architect the optimal Digital Worker solution for client automation use cases and produce clear specifications so an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity—while you define the what and why.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery sessions with stakeholders; map end-to-end workflows and uncover automation opportunities

• Document AS-IS processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess automation potential

• Gather and structure business requirements, constraints, and dependencies

• Design TO-BE processes using Digital Workers and define where automation delivers value

• Define scope, KPIs, and success criteria for each use case with client and delivery teams

• Create technical specifications including process flows, decision logic, integration points, and data mappings

• Validate technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives

• Hand off specifications via formal design review; clarify intent during build and resolve specification questions

• Review completed Digital Workers against the original design and support UAT alongside the engineer

• Own the client relationship and translate between business and technical stakeholders

• Scope and estimate work under time pressure; validate scope, assumptions, and feasibility from pre-sales

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field insights and influence the roadmap

• Build reusable solution patterns, templates, and documentation; contribute to SOWs and change requests

Requirements

• Consultancy experience in solutions architecture, BPM/process consulting, or technical delivery

• Enterprise client experience in process transformation or technology implementations

• Ability to run discovery sessions and whiteboard solution approaches on the spot

• Strong AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping skills

• Ability to write technical specifications engineering teams can execute without ambiguity

• Hands-on practical AI experience in business contexts

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

• Experience scoping and estimating project work, including with imperfect information

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English

• Willingness to travel up to 25%

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
