Description

You will start with an intensive 6-week Pega training program delivered in English, then join client projects as a consultant supporting the full software lifecycle—from requirements gathering to implementation. During training, you’ll learn key Pega concepts (including Layer Cake and Center-Out architectures) and evaluate whether you fit better as a Business Architect or System Architect. You’ll also receive coaching and support to obtain official Pega certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete weeks 1–6 of Pega training in English

• Work in interdisciplinary project teams from week 7 onwards

• As a certified Business Architect: analyze problems, model processes (e.g., BPMN), and translate them into Pega requirements

• As a certified System Architect: build scalable data models, configure interfaces (Pega Constellation), and integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a technical major, or a related field

• Understand that low-code does not eliminate the need for analytical, logical thinking and architectural best practices

• Strong motivation to dive into complex technical topics

• Strong communication skills and desire to work in a team

• High-level English communication skills
