Description

You will design and develop scalable back-end services using NestJS and TypeScript, working comfortably in a microservice architecture and focusing on high code quality. Responsibilities include building REST APIs aligned with CQS and Clean Architecture, integrating with external systems via REST/HTTP and message queues, and covering new functionality with tests using TDD/BDD. You’ll also prepare technical documentation, perform code reviews, and contribute to DevOps practices such as CI/CD, monitoring, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable back-end services in NestJS + TypeScript
• Create and maintain REST APIs following CQS and Clean Architecture
• Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams on API contracts and integrations
• Integrate with external systems via REST/HTTP, queues, and databases
• Implement and test new features (TDD/BDD)
• Produce technical documentation, diagrams and schemas (e.g., PlantUML, Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective)
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality
• Share knowledge via tips&tricks and Confluence materials
• Work in DevOps mode: CI/CD, monitoring, containerization

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of commercial back-end development
• Very good Node.js knowledge (preferably LTS)
• Very good TypeScript knowledge (typing, classes, decorators, generics)
• Experience with NestJS or another DI-based architectural framework
• Knowledge of CQS and RESTful API design principles
• Experience with message queue systems and asynchronous processing; RabbitMQ or Kafka (integration/practical use level)
• Knowledge of databases, especially PostgreSQL, including relational modeling and query optimization
• Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID, KISS, DRY
• Knowledge of Docker, including basic Dockerfile creation and container configuration
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes (Deployment, ConfigMap, Service)
• Very good Git skills and repository best practices (git-flow, squash, code review)
• Experience with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab Pipelines
• Developer-level knowledge of Linux/UNIX
