Description

You will integrate and develop audio components in AOSP and deploy audio SDKs into OEM builds for an embedded audio and speech-processing project. The work includes integrating DSP/NPU-based solutions and ensuring platform compliance (SELinux, Treble, CTS/VTS). You will collaborate with project teams and hardware vendors.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and develop audio components in AOSP (Audio HAL, AudioFlinger, AudioPolicy)

• Work with AudioReach/DSP and integrate solutions that use NPU/DSP

• Deploy SDKs into OEM builds

• Ensure compliance with platform requirements: SELinux, Treble, CTS/VTS

• Collaborate with project teams and hardware vendors

Requirements

• Extensive system-level experience with AOSP

• Strong knowledge of the Android audio stack: Audio HAL, AudioFlinger, AudioPolicy

• Experience with SELinux, Treble, and CTS/VTS testing

• Proficiency in C/C++ and Java/Kotlin

• Experience integrating with DSP/NPU

• Fluent English

• Willingness to travel occasionally (3–5 days)
