Description

Join a healthcare/IoT initiative to build and maintain a multi-platform application (web, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux) using a single codebase. You will use React 19, TypeScript, Capacitor, and Electron to deliver shared frontend architecture, offline-first syncing, real-time communication, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the application using React 19, TypeScript, Capacitor, and Electron
• Design shared frontend architecture and integrate with native device functions
• Implement offline-first mechanisms, data synchronization, and real-time communication
• Integrate with APIs, build UI, and optimize performance and security
• Create builds, maintain CI/CD, and publish apps for mobile and desktop platforms
• Collaborate with Backend, DevOps, and QA; participate in testing and code review

Requirements

• Very strong knowledge of React 19 and TypeScript; experience creating cross-platform applications
• Practical experience with Capacitor and Electron, including native integrations, builds, and app distribution
• Experience with Vite, npm/pnpm, monorepo, and Tailwind CSS
• State management experience (zustand, TanStack Query) and offline-first architecture (SQLite, IndexedDB)
• Real-time communication (WebSocket / SSE) and API integration (REST, OpenAPI, gRPC-web)
• Authentication/authorization and application security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT)
• Frontend testing (Jest / Vitest, Testing Library, Playwright) and CI/CD & publishing processes
• Working knowledge of Git, code review, and distributed teams
• English proficiency at C1 level
