Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize typed React 18 (TypeScript) UI, including data grid components
• Implement and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
• Build business rules, a pricing calculation engine, and temporal data models in PostgreSQL
• Decompose business requirements into well-defined tasks for AI agents and provide the necessary context
• Configure and maintain AI agent instructions, context files, and domain dictionary repositories
• Conduct skeptical code reviews of AI-generated code for security gaps, redundancy, and logical correctness
• Create unit, integration, and E2E tests and enforce automated quality gates

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot) and React 18 (TypeScript)
• Excellent SQL knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL (query and index optimization)
• Hands-on experience in daily work with AI coding agents (task decomposition, context definition, prompt engineering)
• Experience and discipline in skeptical code reviews for LLM/AI-generated code (spot vulnerabilities, fake tests, over-engineering)
• Ability to write unit, integration, and/or E2E tests
• Strong capability to model complex domain logic: financial calculations, rounding, temporal validity ranges, and audit trails
• Fluent English (B2/C1) for speaking and writing
