Description

Work in an SRE Operations team that provides automated build and integration and supports deliveries with minimal manual overhead. You will help modernize infrastructure and DevOps tooling and contribute to AI-powered application infrastructure and workflows. The role combines operational excellence (observability, incident response, production readiness) with safe adoption of generative and agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and deliver 24/7 support for cloud and business-critical applications; participate in on-call duty.
• Own observability and operational practices: cloud logging/monitoring, alerting, SLOs, incident response, resilience patterns, cost controls, and production readiness.
• Contribute to implementation of new environments and tools, including agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide relevant advice and support.
• Support users of environments and tools to ensure effective usage.
• Implement and maintain development, test, and production platforms for stable, high-performance solutions.
• Make technical decisions based on analysis of platforms, environments, and software tracks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Operations or infrastructure building and monitoring.
• DevOps operating model experience: support, maintenance, deployment, and administrative tasks.
• Experience with Google Cloud operations (AWS and Azure operations knowledge is also expected).
• Ability to interpret logs to troubleshoot application issues.
• Practical Linux/Unix knowledge.
• General understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Git repository management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• SRE mindset focused on reliability, automation, safe failure, quick recovery, and blameless incident learnings.
