Description

You will lead hands-on workshops and training sessions for a client’s users, analysts, and data scientists, helping teams apply Snowflake ML capabilities in practice. The role focuses on Snowflake-based ML delivery and MLOps support across the model lifecycle, from development and versioning to production inference and monitoring. Knowledge transfer is central: you will work directly with client teams and explain concepts through practical lab-based sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training workshops for client audiences

• Support end-to-end model lifecycle activities (feature engineering, training, versioning, reproducible pipelines)

• Enable CI/CD, scheduled inference, and drift monitoring

• Implement MLOps with retraining workflows and production model serving

• Guide Snowflake ML implementation using notebooks, inference services, and monitoring tools

Requirements

• Strong grasp of core ML algorithms and the Python ML stack (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, SHAP)

• Hands-on experience with full model lifecycle including reproducible pipelines, CI/CD, scheduled inference, and drift monitoring (e.g., via MLflow and Git)

• Experience implementing MLOps with model retraining and production model serving

• Proven delivery experience with Snowflake ML components: Snowflake Notebooks on Container Runtime, inference on Snowpark Container Services (SPCS), Feature Store, Model Registry, Experiments, and Model Monitors

• Understanding of model risk management, explainability, model versioning, observability/lineage, and Snowflake governance (RBAC, masking/row-access policies, Horizon)

• Comfort working directly with client teams and leading practical workshops
