Description

Join a platform-focused team responsible for building and evolving a modern UI framework, component library, and design system infrastructure used across multiple products and internal teams. You’ll design and maintain core UI framework capabilities in C++, collaborate with back-end and front-end developers on architecture and APIs, and translate UX and product needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core UI framework capabilities using C++
• Build scalable, stable, and high-performance platform solutions for multiple products and teams
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to define APIs and technical architecture
• Partner with UX designers and product stakeholders to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Maintain and improve integrations between internal systems and third-party technologies
• Drive consistency and alignment across products with other engineering teams
• Contribute to technical direction, architecture discussions, and engineering best practices
• Support continuous improvements in development processes, quality standards, and ways of working
• Coach and mentor engineers on software design principles, code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Balance performance, scalability, developer experience, and end-user experience
• Drive quality through strong API design, automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with modern C++ development
• Experience working with and modernizing large or legacy codebases
• Experience building platform capabilities, frameworks, SDKs, or shared services used by internal development teams
• Solid understanding of software architecture, API design, and scalable system development
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
