Description

You will lead the system design and development of enterprise-grade Pega solutions for corporate lending. You will set technical direction, own architectural decisions, and ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. You will also govern integration patterns and provide technical leadership and escalation for complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design and development of Pega-based corporate lending solutions

• Own technical direction and architectural decisions with Pega governance

• Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards

• Design and govern integration patterns with internal/external systems

• Drive architectural best practices for quality and delivery following target architectures

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to System Architects and development teams

• Act as main escalation point for complex technical challenges

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant IT work experience

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)

• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade Pega solutions

• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, integration patterns, and performance considerations

• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder, international environments

• Confidence to take ownership and drive architectural decisions end-to-end

• Fluency in English

• Looking for regular employment contract (not B2B)
