Description

Provide user IT support for common requests such as PCs, printers, passwords, and everyday tasks.

Manage and track helpdesk requests, perform standard PC service (diagnostics, repairs, part replacement, installations), and carry out basic hardware diagnostics and fixes for PCs, notebooks, and printers.

Work closely with higher-level IT support teams.

Requirements

• Technical secondary education
• Basic knowledge of hardware and Windows operating systems
• User-level knowledge of MS Office and common office software
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills
• Willingness to keep learning and developing in IT
