• Scope: Paid ads across multiple markets and marketplace sales optimization

Description

Drive paid performance marketing across 5 markets and manage marketplace sales. You’ll optimize ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Sklik), oversee marketplace offers/feeds/pricing/campaigns/reviews, and make weekly budget/credit-spend decisions. You will focus on margin, not only ROAS, and support testing of creatives and offers with the social/e-shop team while preparing reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid ads on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Sklik for 5 markets

• Launch, monitor, and optimize marketplace sales (offers, feeds, pricing, campaigns, reviews)

• Review weekly performance numbers and decide where to allocate additional budget and where to cut spend

• Track and protect margin (not just ROAS)

• Test creatives and promotions together with social media and e-shop colleagues

• Prepare reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of e-commerce performance marketing experience

• Proficiency with Meta Ads and Google Ads and ability to explain why campaigns perform

• Marketplace selling experience (e.g., Allegro, eMAG, Pepita)

• Strong performance mindset: “good” is a starting point
