Description

Define and implement cross-cutting IT/OT system architecture for battery storage facilities. Integrate and validate communication interfaces between the main system components, manage data point lists and signal definitions, and design secure, stable, scalable data communication aligned with current cybersecurity standards. Provide technical support for commissioning, system tests, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT, automation engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in designing and implementing IT system architectures (ideally in energy assets, industrial automation, or smart grids)
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, TCP/IP)
• Sound knowledge of network architectures (routers, firewalls, VPN)
• Analytical and structured way of working and strong communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment
• Very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2)
