Description

Join the Data & AI team for 4–6 months to support data-driven analyses and develop innovative automation solutions. You will gain hands-on insight into big data and machine learning technologies, contribute to data collection, data preparation, and exploratory analysis, and help develop, validate, and pilot AI and statistics-based solutions for automated decisions. You will also support strategic Data & AI topic definition through activities such as presentations and workshop participation.

Responsibilities

• Gain insight into big data and machine learning technologies
• Support data collection, data preparation, and exploratory analysis
• Develop, validate, and pilot AI- and statistics-based solutions for automated decisions in business departments
• Contribute to the strategic definition of Data & AI topics (e.g., creating presentations, attending workshops)

Requirements

• Advanced study in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics/Statistics, or a comparable degree program
• Basic knowledge of statistics and machine learning
• First exposure to big data technologies and tools such as scikit-learn, Spark, or Hive
• First experience with programming languages (Python, R, or Scala) and basic software development knowledge
• Database and SQL experience is desirable
