Description

Sales and marketing are being combined into one department with a shared goal: attract, sell, and help clients achieve long-term growth. You will set direction and build the operating model—you won’t start from zero. You’ll lead a team, propose client growth strategies, and drive measurable results while operating AI-first.

Responsibilities

• Set direction: decide who to sell to, what to sell, how, and at what price; revise strategy when it stops working

• Client strategy ownership: lead key meetings, propose commercial + marketing growth plans, and defend them

• Team leadership and development: recruiting, coaching, performance management, and culture

• Results accountability: revenue, margin, retention; understand the relationships behind the numbers

• AI-first mindset: find ways to work faster, smarter, and with better unit economics using AI

Requirements

• Hands-on ownership of both sales and marketing (not only in spreadsheets)

• Experience selling services and building marketing strategies that you can justify to clients

• Business mindset with data-driven decision-making: revenue, margin, ROAS/PNO, LTV, and retention

• Daily practical use of AI in real work (not just basic email drafting)

• Leadership capability: align people to your vision, provide direction, and support the team through setbacks

• Proven track record from leading sales or marketing with measurable impact
