Description

Build and improve trading models by monitoring and analyzing live esports matches to create and adjust betting odds and statistics. You will perform post-match analysis for the selected titles (e.g., Dota 2 and CS2) and collaborate with the math team to strengthen mathematical models and trading applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze esports matches in real time to support odds creation

• Adjust odds based on knowledge of the specific title in the match

• Perform post-match analysis of played matches to create and refine betting odds

• Collaborate with the math team to improve mathematical models and trading applications

• Contribute to new esports-related projects and titles

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of one or more esports titles (Dota 2, LoL, CS2, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty, Rainbow Six Siege, World of Tanks)

• Understanding of betting odds/probability concepts

• Willingness to learn trend/odds (derivation) strategies

• Ability to make quick and correct decisions

• Reliability and proactive approach

• Time flexibility

• Daily communication in English

• Clean criminal record

• Personal equipment: desktop PC and at least 2 monitors (upgrade to 3 after the trial period)
