Description

You will manage IT security and information security for military land vehicles, planning and implementing project-specific security activities. The role includes performing security analyses according to standards such as BSI IT-Grundschutz, AR A960-1, and ISO 27001, and coordinating security tasks in the development process. You will also plan, execute, and document analyses including risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration tests, and support the creation of information security concepts.

Responsibilities

• General system support for IT security / information security for military land vehicles

• Plan and implement IT-security activities for projects

• Conduct IT-security analyses in line with applicable standards (BSI IT-Grundschutz, AR A960-1, ISO 27001)

• Coordinate and carry out IT-security activities in the development process, including creating performance descriptions, active sourcing, and running workshops

• Plan, conduct, and document theoretical and practical analyses such as risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration tests

• Contribute to the development of information security concepts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed degree (at least Master’s or Diplom) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Natural Sciences, or a related engineering discipline

• Strong analytical skills, strong technical fundamentals, and teamwork ability

• Solution-oriented work on both theoretical and practical levels

• Multi-year experience in cybersecurity for technical systems

• Proven experience and/or certifications with IT-security standards (e.g., BSI IT-Grundschutz, AR A960-1, ISO 27001)

• Advanced English skills in speech and writing
