Description

You’ll work on top Czech/Slovak brands and also support international clients, managing and optimizing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on Meta while also covering platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. The role includes analyzing data from Meta and other ad accounts and using advanced tools such as BigQuery and Looker Studio dashboards to provide insights for project managers. You’ll be encouraged to test new features and contribute your own ideas while taking ownership of assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, evaluate, and optimize PPC campaigns

• Provide performance improvement recommendations

• Analyze Meta and other ad-account data for internal needs and for project managers

• Work primarily in Meta ad accounts, with additional platforms: LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest

• Use BigQuery and Looker Studio for reporting and insights

• Experiment with new tools and beta features

Requirements

• Experience running complex performance and brand campaigns on Meta

• Strategic thinking and strong results orientation

• Independent execution and follow-through on projects

• Ability to take responsibility for assigned projects

• Experience scaling client projects and improving outcomes across European markets

• Native-level Czech; English at least B2

• Long-term mindset with desire for professional growth
