Description

You will work on the conception, implementation, and optimization of front-end or back-end solutions for credit products, using technologies such as Java and COBOL. The role applies agile methods to shorten development cycles and maintain software quality. You will also perform complex error analyses to sustainably improve processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize front-end or back-end solutions using relevant development tools and programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JCL, COBOL)
• Structure software development work using modern methods
• Apply agile methods to shorten development cycles and ensure software quality
• Collaborate closely with banking product owners and leadership to steer technical topics in the development team and program deployments
• Ensure system and product quality
• Conduct complex error analyses for sustainable improvements to processes and systems

Requirements

• Completed degree in a relevant field or comparable training
• At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Advanced knowledge of Java and COBOL, plus extended knowledge of React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and JCL
• Experience with frameworks, databases, servers, development tools, and software design patterns
• Expertise in agile development methods, understanding of IT security, and responsible handling of AI tools
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
