Description

You will complete a six-semester, internationally oriented Business Informatics program at DHBW Mannheim and combine it with practical training to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.). The role includes rotations between university and on-the-job assignments, plus a ~three-month overseas placement to learn about project work locally.

Responsibilities

• Complete the DHBW Mannheim Business Informatics degree while participating in company training

• Rotate about every three months between university study and practical work

• Work in IT (DIGITS), HR, and other business departments to gain end-to-end exposure

• Participate in a ~three-month foreign assignment in one of the company’s country offices to experience project work on-site

Requirements

• General higher education entrance qualification with a very good to good average, or very good subject-specific higher education entrance qualification / university of applied sciences entrance qualification with Delta test (DHBW Mannheim access requirements apply)

• Interest in Business Informatics with practical application

• Ideally initial IT knowledge (e.g., via internship)

• Very good numerical understanding and analytical thinking

• Strong mathematics performance

• Curiosity about an international working environment

• Teamwork skills

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken); basic knowledge of another language is a plus

• Perseverance and performance/result orientation
