Description

You will design, develop, and maintain modern mobile applications and take ownership end-to-end—from initial requirements and technical decisions through development, release, and production support. You will integrate mobile apps with backend REST APIs and third-party services, optimize performance and user experience, and ensure high code quality through testing and engineering best practices. The role also emphasizes independent decision-making and daily use of AI-powered development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern mobile applications

• Take ownership of the development process from requirements to production

• Independently make technical decisions and propose solutions

• Collaborate with product, backend, QA, and business teams

• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party services

• Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience

• Ensure high code quality through testing and engineering best practices

• Manage application deployment, releases, and production support

• Proactively identify technical issues and propose improvements

• Actively use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in mobile application development

• Strong commercial experience with at least one: Flutter, iOS (Swift), or Android (Kotlin)

• Experience independently delivering several commercial mobile applications end-to-end

• Experience owning the full application lifecycle: requirements analysis and architecture through implementation, release, and production support

• Experience with Node.js

• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services

• Good understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and application lifecycle

• Experience with application publishing, release management, and maintenance for App Store and/or Google Play

• Experience working with Git and CI/CD workflows

• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as part of everyday development

• High independence, ownership, and proactive problem-solving

• Ability to make technical decisions without constant supervision

• English at B2 level or higher
