Description

You will provide ongoing SAP Concur functional support, including configuration and close collaboration with users and a global team. The role covers end-to-end travel and expense process flows and guiding users through complex cases and exceptions. You will also support integrations between SAP Concur, SAP, and other connected systems with relevant technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP Concur functional support and help users with travel and expense processes

• Maintain and adjust SAP Concur configuration in line with business requirements

• Support end-to-end process flows: expense claims, approval workflows, travel bookings, trips, and exception handling

• Investigate process and system issues, coordinate resolutions with relevant teams, and keep users informed

• Support integrations between SAP Concur, SAP, and other connected systems (with technical teams)

• Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistent processes and effective support across regions

• Explain system behavior and guide users through complex cases and exceptions

Requirements

• Practical experience in SAP Concur functional support and configuration

• Strong understanding of travel and expense processes (expense claims, approval workflows, bookings, trips, exceptions)

• Experience supporting SAP Concur integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and translate business needs into configuration changes or clear guidance for users

• Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach to user support

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a global team

• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication with international users and stakeholders
