Description

You will work hands-on in a cross-functional team to develop innovative data and AI products using machine learning methods. You will own the full lifecycle of machine learning models—from exploratory data analysis and feature engineering through algorithm selection, training, evaluation, validation, and production deployment on GCP. You will establish data science, machine learning, and MLOps best practices and partner with business stakeholders to implement AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop data and AI products using machine learning
• Manage the full lifecycle of ML models (EDA, feature engineering, training, evaluation, validation)
• Work on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and guide ML model deployment into production
• Define best practices for data science, ML, and MLOps; evaluate and integrate new methods
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI product solutions

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in data science/AI development and operationalization
• Outstanding Python knowledge for data analysis, data engineering, and ML model development
• Deep hands-on experience with GCP services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in MLOps and CI/CD; ideally Terraform and dbt
• Ability to master the full ML lifecycle from experimentation through retraining strategies
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, proactive mindset for complex problems
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
