Description

You will design and deliver production-ready computer vision features, translating product and business requirements into practical machine learning solutions. You will work across the full ML lifecycle, including data collection, annotation strategy, dataset management, experimentation, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration. The role emphasizes building reusable Python tooling and production-quality code while collaborating with software engineers and product stakeholders to deliver measurable customer value.

Responsibilities

• Build computer vision features from concept to deployment

• Own technical problems from definition through production delivery

• Create robust Python tooling and shared libraries to improve ML-team productivity

• Develop reliable, maintainable, and well-tested production code

• Collaborate with software engineers and product stakeholders

• Improve model quality using data-driven experimentation

• Establish engineering best practices for reproducibility, testing, documentation, and MLOps

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial experience building ML systems

• Strong ML fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised, self-supervised learning; optimization; probability/statistics; linear algebra; evaluation/validation)

• Practical understanding of bringing models into production

• Strong Python software engineering skills (clean/testable code, algorithms and data structures, debugging/performance optimization, reusable libraries/APIs)

• Experience developing deep learning models with PyTorch

• Ability to independently own problems through production delivery

• Strong communication skills to translate business problems into technical solutions
