Description

You will work with client business stakeholders to design and deliver Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance solutions. Responsibilities include EAM platform solutioning and implementation (planning, design, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover) plus collaboration to integrate with other ERP modules and manage asset-related master data governance. The role also supports Asset Performance Management (APM) solution development to streamline asset operations and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client business requirements and propose optimal EAM and Plant Maintenance solutions

  • Lead EAM platform projects: planning, design, fit/gap analysis, build/configuration, testing, and deployment/cutover activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other ERP modules

  • Support master data management and governance for assets, MRO supply chain, quality assurance, and warehouse management

  • Develop and implement APM (Asset Performance Management) solutions to optimize digital asset management operations

Requirements

  • Experience and strong knowledge of digital asset management software systems (e.g., SAP PM/EAM/IAM/MM, IBM Maximo, HxGN EAM/Infor, IFS EAM)

  • Strong knowledge of Asset Management Lifecycle

  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Project management skills translating business requirements into technical requirements and IT architecture

  • Experience with project execution: planning, deliverables, monitoring, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change requests

  • Change management experience: process review, future-state process definition, training material development, and training delivery

  • Manufacturing operational experience is highly desirable

  • Excellent business English communication (written & spoken)

  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations across Europe when required

  • German or French knowledge appreciated
