Description

You will develop, optimize, and maintain responsive, accessible web pages and applications based on provided design specifications and mockups. The role includes turning static designs into interactive, reusable components that follow design system guidelines, integrating frontend UI with backend APIs and third-party services, and ensuring consistent cross-browser and cross-device behavior. You will also optimize frontend performance, manage client-side state, collaborate on usability testing and debugging, and maintain technical documentation for UI components and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive, accessible web pages and applications from design specs and mockups

• Convert static designs into interactive UI and build reusable, modular components per design system

• Implement and maintain component-based architectures using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and third-party services

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility; resolve UI inconsistencies

• Ensure compliance with WCAG and web accessibility standards

• Optimize frontend performance (load times, rendering, resource usage, caching)

• Manage client-side state using Redux, Zustand, or MobX

• Coordinate usability testing and debug UI issues with Software Engineering teams

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for UI components and workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Client-side state management experience (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar)

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, reusable component development, and responsive web applications

• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency

• Upper-Intermediate+ German proficiency
