• Outpatient-only position with Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm schedule
• Manageable patient census of 12–15 patients per day
• Office closed 12–1 pm daily for lunch break
• After-hours call is telephonic only, averaging approximately 3 weeks per year
• Call is rotated regionally among all physicians in the group
• Group practice employment model with existing patient base
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine required
• DEA licensure required
