Description

Locum tenens Emergency Medicine coverage is needed in Iowa, starting soon. Shifts run 10 and 11 hours (2:30 pm – 12:30 am) with APP support and high ED volume. Credentialing/privileging and travel/housing/malpractice details are handled to simplify the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department care during scheduled shifts
• Manage evaluation and treatment of high-volume ED patients
• Coordinate care within a hospital emergency medicine team supported by APP coverage
