Senior Full-Stack Python Developer (AI)

Description

You will work in a cross-functional team building AI agents and modern applications that support underwriters. The goal is to automate and improve underwriting workflows using advanced AI in a public cloud environment, while integrating with core business systems like policy platforms and pricing/rating engines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement agent-based systems and LLM features for underwriting support.
• Build full-stack solutions with React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI.
• Apply LLM orchestration and engineering using LangGraph/LangChain, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Leverage Azure AI services (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence) and Blob Storage for AI workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities with insurance policy systems and pricing engines.
• Deliver production-ready AI/ML solutions using MLOps practices.
• Support implementation within AI governance requirements and AI Act expectations.

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• Minimum 3 years of Data Science/AI experience, including at least 1 year of production deployments.
• Very strong React/Next.js experience.
• Very strong Python/FastAPI experience.
• Very strong knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Very strong knowledge of LangGraph (or similar orchestration), prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
• Practical MLOps experience: Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of NLP/OCR and working with unstructured data.
• Experience with the Azure cloud platform.
• Understanding of AI governance requirements and the EU AI Act.
• Ability to provide services from Poland and work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 office days/week).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform.
• Azure certifications: DP-100, AI-102, AI-900.
• Insurance domain knowledge and underwriting process understanding.
• Integration tooling experience (Kafka, ESB).
