Description

You will maintain and improve an existing native iOS application used daily by emergency transport crews. You will then contribute to multiplatform development using Flutter, working with AI-enabled tooling and AI-augmented workflows while retaining control over the outcome. You are expected to take ownership of the final product delivered to users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support a native iOS app for reliability and stability in daily field use
• Contribute to ongoing development and evolution of the app
• Develop features and improvements in Flutter as part of the multiplatform direction
• Participate in AI-assisted development workflows (including longer agent workflows and iterative processes)

Requirements

• Genuine interest in mobile development and in end users of the product
• Good knowledge of Flutter and Dart
• Experience with native iOS development, including work within an existing, large codebase
• Critical thinking and openness to revising your views based on new facts
• Willingness to learn new, promising technologies and approaches
• Excellent English in speech and writing
• Full authorization to work in the Czech Republic
• Residence in the Czech Republic with regular availability for in-person collaboration in Prague
