Description

You will learn how to install, configure, and keep IT systems running—from hardware to software. The training covers network setup and stability, identifying and fixing bugs, and delivering IT projects from start to finish. You will also support users as a first point of contact and contribute to system security using an Security first approach.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure IT systems (hardware and software)
• Set up networks and ensure reliable operation
• Diagnose issues and fix bugs to restore service
• Plan and implement IT projects end-to-end
• Protect systems from attacks (Security first)
• Support users as the first point of contact and collaborate with colleagues to deliver great service

Requirements

• Strong interest in technology and desire to try new things
• Calm, solution-oriented problem-solving
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
• Solid interest and comfort with IT topics and the digital world
• Sense of responsibility and initiative for new ideas/projects
• German and English knowledge at C1–C2 level
• Ideally a Class B driver’s license
