Description

Travel Physical Therapist needed to provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. The assignment supports short-term rehab patients within a CCRC (AL/IL population) with a guaranteed 35 hours per week, primarily Monday–Friday. Lodging, meals, and incidental per diems may be provided in line with GSA guidelines, and compensation varies based on skill level, experience, and assignment needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services in the SNF setting
• Provide care for short-term rehab patients across multiple levels of care

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility and/or rehab setting
• Ability to travel for the short-term assignment
• Availability for primarily Mon–Fri coverage (35 hrs/week)
