Description

You will join an international Guidewire project on a B2B/freelance basis and lead technical delivery across Guidewire implementation work. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and integrating Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions, coordinating technical activities, and supporting or mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across Guidewire implementation projects
• Design, develop, and integrate Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions
• Coordinate technical activities and support/mentor developers
• Conduct technical design and code reviews
• Work closely with onsite teams and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite and Java
• Previous experience as a Senior Developer / Technical Lead
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, REST/SOAP, XML, SQL/PLSQL, Spring, and Hibernate
• Good understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• English required; Polish is a plus
