Description

Manage cloud platform operations, including user onboarding, access management, and feature configuration. Provide updates on service status, known issues, and cloud consumption trends, and identify opportunities to automate processes (e.g., ticket handling and access provisioning). Remediate security findings according to established guidelines and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support (Service Desk/L2 support)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in automation (e.g., Python)

• Cloud security fundamentals (IAM, least privilege)

• Fluent English (minimum B2)

• Desirable: Experience with GCP (Cloud Run), AWS, or Azure

• Desirable: Familiarity with Apptio Cloudability, Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow

• Desirable: Knowledge of FinOps principles (tagging, cost allocation, budgeting)
