Description

You will take ownership of SAP Materials Management (MM) customizations and support, combining hands-on SAP MM configuration with business analysis and continuous improvement. The role focuses on supporting and developing procurement, inventory, and logistics processes, including integrations with production systems and EDI. You will also contribute to SAP rollouts and integration projects, preparing functional specifications and coordinating deployments with partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP MM customizations and support, including integrations with production systems, EDI, and connected systems

• Provide expert support for SAP MM and related procurement, inventory, and logistics processes

• Gather business requirements with key users and translate them into SAP solutions

• Configure, customize, test, and implement SAP MM changes and improvements

• Support business initiatives by analyzing SAP MM integrations and related processes

• Participate in SAP rollouts, integration projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Create functional specifications and system, testing, and training documentation

• Coordinate solutions and deployments with external SAP partners and internal IT teams

• Support integrations between SAP and connected business systems

• Promote use of standard SAP functionality and best practices where appropriate

Requirements

• Strong hands-on SAP MM experience in consulting or similar roles

• Practical SAP configuration and customization experience

• Deep knowledge of procurement, inventory management, goods receipt, invoice verification, and material planning processes

• Ability to work independently across support, business analysis, configuration, and implementation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business users, IT teams, and external partners

• Very good command of English (written and spoken)

• Manufacturing environment experience (advantage)
