Description

Develop the WP Mail iOS application by implementing new features from analysis through deployment. Build UI with SwiftUI following the design system, and work on the data layer and local storage for large message sets with offline support. Improve performance and quality using metrics, crash-free rate monitoring, and testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop new iOS client features for the WP Mail app

• Implement and evolve SwiftUI interfaces per the design system with UX/UI collaboration

• Enhance data layer and local storage, including synchronization and offline mode

• Contribute to a new mobile product being built from scratch

• Track performance and quality (metrics, crash-free rate) and ensure tests

• Propose technical directions for application development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial iOS development

• Good knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, and Swift Concurrency (async/await, actors)

• Understanding of clean code and clean architecture

• Working knowledge of Git

• Experience with API integrations

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools

• Ability to take tasks from analysis to deployment independently and discuss technical trade-offs
