Description

You will join an agile team contributing to Layer 1 development of a UE Simulator for 6G, supporting product verification with simulators instead of real mobile phones and core networks. The work spans analysis, system design, pre-development, and incremental implementation with short feedback loops. You will also leverage Agentic AI and specification-driven development to accelerate the UE Simulator platform.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Layer 1 development of a UE Simulator in an agile team

• Support internal users with a key 6G product

• Work across analysis, system design, pre-development, and implementation in small increments

• Use Agentic AI and specification-driven development to accelerate delivery

Requirements

• MSc or BSc level (or last semesters) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent knowledge

• Entry-level embedded programming knowledge, ideally in telecom

• Proven software engineering skills and ability to write high-quality code in C/C++

• Knowledge of DPDK

• Knowledge of multithreading and parallel processing; understanding of L1 or L2 protocols

• Strong interest in AI-first engineering using Agentic AI and coding assistants

• Experience with or eagerness to learn specification-driven development and AI-driven engineering practices

• Good speaking and writing skills in English

• Hybrid availability: minimum 3 days from office
