Description

You will train as an IT specialist for system integration with hands-on involvement in daily operations from the first day. The apprenticeship provides insight into all core IT areas—server, client, helpdesk, and applications—while you learn IT administration and system configuration. You will be supported by a trainer, a personal mentor from the specialist department, and an apprenticeship sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Engage in company IT operations from day one

• Gain broad insight across server, client, helpdesk, and applications

• Deep dive into core information technology topics

• Learn administration and configuration of IT systems

• Be introduced to troubleshooting for end users

• Build expertise and support colleagues as an aspiring expert

• Develop new concepts with experienced colleagues and implement new systems

• Strengthen your knowledge through an individual project and deliver solutions

Requirements

• Mittlerer Schulabschluss or Fach-/Hochschulreife (or completed equivalent education)

• Very good understanding of IT

• Desire to combine theory with practice

• Interest in growing into an IT expert

• Desire to become independent
