Description

Design and run the NovoCare membership and progress-engagement programs, including the points, rewards, milestones, and behavioral mechanics that recognize healthy behaviors and keep consumers engaged over time—never tied to prescription fills. Own the program’s design, economics, and day-to-day operations within strict AKS and compliance guardrails. Partner with CRM, product/mobile, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Finance, brand, and Insights & Analytics to measure performance and continuously optimize engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Design membership tiers, mechanics, and value proposition under compliance guardrails

  • Define and manage points and rewards economy balancing motivation and financial sustainability

  • Design progress, milestone, and recognition mechanics that reinforce healthy behaviors

  • Apply behavioral and engagement principles to encourage healthy actions

  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure AKS and all applicable requirements are met

  • Manage loyalty platform and rewards vendors/partners to deliver and run the program

  • Measure loyalty performance against engagement and retention goals and optimize continuously

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; master’s preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in loyalty, rewards, gamification, or consumer engagement program design

  • Track record designing and running loyalty/engagement programs and their economics

  • Familiarity with compliance and privacy requirements in a regulated industry

  • Strong analytical skills and test-and-learn mindset

  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills

  • Base compensation range: $120,000–$171,000 (plus eligibility for company bonus)
